* Entire Project Management for Ware Housing & SCS including commercial.
* Procurement functions towards Setting up and Commissioning of various Infrastructure
and facilities for warehouse in line with the requirements of the Organization.
* Vendor selection, lease agreements, labour and manpower.
* logistics budgeting, cost and approvals.
* Operational control, intervention and redressal as and when required.
* Implement foolproof systems in material handling from receipt handling,
stocking & Dispatches with proper control mechanisms.
